Family of woman who died at airport files claim

/ 9The family of Carol Gotbaum, the woman who died last year while in police custody at Sky Harbor International Airport in Phoenix, Arizona, filed an $8 million claim Wednesday against the city and its police department. Gotbaum was left alone in a holding cell and strangled herself while trying to escape her handcuffs.
